Den Text zu diesem Song habe ich bereits 2019 geschrieben und immer wieder optimiert, sowohl was den Text anbelangt als auch die Melodie. Es geht darum, dass man morgens eigentlich schon nicht aufstehen will, sich widerwillig erhebt und schon merkt, dass das kein guter Tag werden wird. Aber du musst funktionieren, hast Termine und bewegst dich wie ein Hamster in seinem Hamsterrad. Wichtig ist es in solchen Situationen, sich einmal gedanklich herauszuziehen und das Ganze neutraler von außen – oben- zu betrachten. Kräftig durchatmen hilft übrigens in vielen Situationen. Und wenn du es schaffst, das mal aus einem anderen Blickwinkel zu betrachten, kannst du viele Probleme lösen. Mit diesen Gedanken möchte ich meinen Hörerinnen und Hörern Möglichkeiten aufzeigen, sich an solchen Tagen, selbst zu helfen.

Mir alles viel zu dumm, lasst mich in Ruh und meckert nicht rum.
Egal, was du anpackst, es will nicht gelingen, da kannste noch so viel, mit dir ringen.
Am besten wärste im Bett geblieben, dann hätteste dich heut nicht so aufgerieben.
Aber wichtige Termine, hast vor der Brust, was willste machen, da musste nun durch,
hab doch keinen Frust.
Hast Du’s schon mal erlebt, das Gefühl, du stehst neben dir. Egal, was du auch machst, es will nicht gelingen. Fühlst dich wie in einer Blase aus Luft und fragst dich, wie kommst du nur raus, aus deiner Gruft.

Dann lösen sich viele Probleme, als wenn sie zerrinnen
so schaffste auch ganz schlimme Tage und löst deine Probleme, keine Frage.
